DGL Managing Services started as a Sectional Title business and recently expanded it's services to include Sales and Rentals.
Our Sectional Title department agents offer but are not limited to the following services:
- • Scheduling and preparing meetings, the latter including the setting of agendas and minute taking.
- • Secretarial functions such as the safekeeping of minute books, attendance registers, storing of sectional title plans, rules, and more.
- • Administration and accounting services.
- • Assist with the registration of Body Corporates at the CSOS if not already registered.
- • Handle any trustee-approved maintenance arrangements required.
